To add a new FTP Site inside Windows Server  On the Server, navigate to Server Manager > Manage > Add Role and features.  Select the Role-based or feature-based installation radio button and click Next.  Select the Select a server from the server pool radio button. In the Server Pool selection box, select the Server and click Next.  On Server Roles, Select Web Server (IIS) / FTP Server / FTP Service and Web Server (IIS) / Management Tools / IIS Management Console and click Next.  Click Install to proceed with the installation of the Roles and Services. If prompted to restart the server click OK.  After the server restarts, navigate to Start > Administration Tools and double click on Internet Information Services (IIS) Manager.  On the Connections pane, expand the Server Name tree box (in this case is mdenutSIMCHE). A dialog asking “Do you want to get started with Microsoft Web Platform to stay connected with the latest Web Platform Components” may appear. Click No to continue.  On the Connections pane, expand the Sites tree box. Then, on the Actions pane click the Add FTP Site… link.  On the Add FTP Site dialog box, on the FTP site name text box, add a name to represent the FTP Site connection.  On the Content Directory / Physical Path text box, click the browse button (…). Browse and select the folder where you want to grant access to the FTP user. Click Next.  On the binding / IP Address text box, enter the server IP (NIC) that you want to select where the FTP user connects to. You can check the assigned IPs in the server through a Command Terminal windows with the command ipconfig.  Check the Start FTP site automatically check box.  On the SSL group box, select No SSL and click Next.  On the Authentication group box, select the Basic check box. On the Authorization / Allow access to: selection box, select All users. On the permissions check boxes, select Read and Write check boxes.  Click Finish to end the FTP Site configuration.  From the same server or another server with network reachability, test the access to the FTP Site.
